Carnival-theme wedding celebrates love of family
. . .A few dozen yards away, under a circus tent, Zander's 6-year-old son, Ryden, and Tory's 7-year-old son, Silas, and 12-year-old daughter, Clare, ate gourmet chicken fingers and mac and cheese while fairies performed a magic show and a stilt-walker crafted balloon giraffes and motorcycles.
The carnival nuptial celebration on the grounds of Burlingame's Kohl Mansion was a celebration of family - for families.
"Zander and I both have children, and all our friends have children," said Tory, a family physician from Occidental. "If you take your 25 closest friends, times two for spouses, times two again for kids, you get our guest list. We wanted a wedding that would be fun for everyone."
